By accessing or using Klipp (klipp.video and app.klipp.video), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Klipp is operated by Bahia Ventures USA LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Klipp. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

User Content and Copyright

Klipp does not verify the ownership or licensing of user-uploaded content and assumes no liability for content uploaded by users. If you upload content that you do not have the right to use, you may be held liable for any resulting claims or damages.

We reserve the right to remove any content that we believe, in our sole discretion, violates these terms or infringes on the rights of others.

Copyright Complaints (DMCA)

We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include removing the content.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service

Intellectual Property

The Klipp name, logo, software, and design are the property of Bahia Ventures USA LLC. You may not use our branding or intellectual property without prior written permission.

Klipp is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bahia Ventures USA LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of Klipp.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may delete your account data after termination.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Klipp after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
